Bayern Munich returned to the top of the Bundesliga table with a crushing 5-0 win against Bochum at the Ruhrstadion.
Scorers: Olise 16′, Musiala 26′, Kane 57′, Sané 65′, Coman 71′
Bayern were dominant from the off, and made the breakthrough in the 16th minute with a wonderful Michael Olise free-kick. The winger lofted the ball over the wall, leaving Bochum keeper Patrick Drewes rooted to his line.
Olise had a hand in the second as well, chipping another free-kick over the wall for Jamal Musiala to head home, getting to the ball before Drewes could.
After the break, Vincent Kompany’s side ran riot, scoring three goals in a 14-minute period to end any chance of a Bochum fightback.
First, Harry Kane got his ninth league goal of the season in the 57th minute, smashing home a left-footed shot after brilliant work from Musiala.
Leroy Sané then got involved with a stunning curled finish from outside the box, before Kingsley Coman rounded off a perfect day for Bayern.
