Manchester United’s trip to West Ham on Sunday has been something of a slog after failing to break down their hosts.
But Erik ten Hag’s side still enjoyed several chances in Sunday’s first half at the London Stadium with the most gilt-edged falling to Diogo Dalot.
The Portuguese full-back had a perfect opportunity to put his side ahead after Łukasz Fabiański had been caught out off his goal line.
Somehow, however, Dalot managed to blaze his effort off target despite only having an empty net to aim for inside the penalty area.
His blundering miss condemned United to an eighth scoreless first half from their opening nine Premier League fixtures.
Is this the worst miss we’ll see all season?
