Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they’re investigating a collision in St. Clair Township on Sunday that killed one motorist and sent three other people to hospital.
Lambton OPP and other emergency services responded to a three-vehicle collision on Courtright Line near Mandaumin Road at approximately 2:15 p.m., according to a news release issued Monday by OPP.
The 19-year-old driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another driver was transported to a local hospital by emergency services with life-threatening injuries.
A driver and passenger of the other vehicle were both transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection and surrounding area was closed following the collision, but has since reopened, police said.
Lambton OPP continue to investigate.
