Kensington Tours Launches Luxe Ski Getaways As Demand Increases

Kensington, a specialist in private guided customized tours, has announced the launch of its new Ski the World, Differently experiences, which the company says are designed to cater to increasing client interest in sport-themed and adventure travel.

This new collection of ski themed travel promises travellers exclusive access to some of the world’s premier ski destinations.

Kensington will roll out the ski itineraries in two phases across eight countries and 16 world-renowned ski resorts. The first phase will include trips to renowned ski destinations in Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland and Japan.

Each itinerary is curated to provide an exceptional resort skiing experience, combining luxurious accommodations with easy access to the slopes along with inclusions such as ski passes, equipment rentals, and private ski guides and lessons. For those more focused on activities off the slopes, there are myriad apres-ski options, from dining to spa amenities.

The second phase of the launch will expand the offerings to include Chile, Argentina, and Canada, ensuring travellers have access to some of the best skiing in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

Travellers can choose from either eight or nine-day getaways or longer trips of 10-12 days that also include opportunities for private guided touring in the destination.

·      Experience a Swiss Alps ski vacation at Zermatt Resort that includes a 4-day Cervinia pass to enjoy cross-border skiing between Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Guests will stay at the luxurious Hotel Alpenhof, just steps from the Sunnegga lift. Eight days priced from $10,019 per person.

·      Your clients can experience the charm of Italy’s Dolomite Mountains with a nine-day ski adventure offering ski-in/ski-out access and personalized equipment rentals. Ski across Dolomiti Superski’s 745 miles of pristine terrain or choose to embark on a private helicopter flight for a thrilling descent on Marmolada. On non-ski days, guests can also partake in other recreational activities including snowshoeing, sledding, and savoring Tyrolean cuisine. Priced from $10,191 per person.

·      For the ultimate Austrian Alps Ski getaway at Kitzbühel Resort, your clients will enjoy five days of skiing with a KitzSki pass, private guide, and personalized rentals, while staying in the luxury alpine Hotel Tennerhof situated just minutes from the lifts and charming village. Eight days from $7,475 per person.

·      In Japan, travellers will be captivated by the contrast of ancient traditions and futuristic landscapes, with a ten-day Niseko Ski and Snow Monkeys itinerary that combines the best of Japan’s ski slopes and cultural experiences. Priced from $8,036.96 per person, this journey also includes a visit to see snow monkeys in their natural hot spring habitat, offering a truly unique winter experience.

·      For those seeking an exclusive escape to the French Alps, the Courchevel luxury private villa experience delivers the ultimate winter escape, beginning with a private gastronomic tour before heading to an exclusive chalet.
