Yahoo Sports’ Fantasy Football Live crew looks ahead to Sunday night’s clash between Dallas and San Francisco and explains how Jordan Mason, CeeDee Lamb and the Niners wide receivers could affect fantasy managers.

Let’s turn to our Fantasy game changer for this week, powered by Ram Trucks.
We identify some of the most impactful players in one of the top Fantasy matchups on the schedule and yet Cowboys 49 Ers Sunday night football, not quite the way everybody thought it was gonna look when we thought about this game in the pre season.
The Cowboys sitting at three and three taking on the 49 ers at three and four gonna be a beautiful ball.
He’s 69 nice degrees tonight at Levi’s Stadium.
49 is favored by 5.5 overrun of this one is 47.
So Fantasy game changer Andie Bar to you.
It is.
Oh, it’s gotta be Jordan Mason.
We might be coming into the final full workload game of Jordan Mason’s season with Christian mccaffrey.
At least a possibility to return after the buy of Kyle Shanahan can be believed, which can’t because he’s been lying to us all year.
Uh But if this is it for Mason, I think he’s gonna go out with a monster game.
He’s been incredible in the first half.
He’s averaged 5.2 yards per carry nearly 100 and 10 scrimmage yards per game.
He’s among the leaders in yards after contact per attempt also has the most runs of 10 or more yards and the second most missed tackles on his rush attempts this week, he just gets a gift of a matchup against a Dallas defense that really, we’ve been picking, uh, we’ve been picking on him all season.
I feel like we talk about him, uh, in basically every show as, as an opportunity to, you know, get a big week from your running back.
The Cowboys are ranked 28th against the run.
They give up over 100 and 40 rushing yards per game.
10 rushing touchdowns on the season.
The likeliest game plan for the Niners this week, you know, given the injuries in the receiving room is to simply run all over a defense that has not yet stopped a good running back this year.
So I’m expecting one of those, you know, 20 plus carry 100 yard multi touchdown performances from Mason.
Hopefully we don’t get Vulture by Brock Purdy this week.
Matt.
What do you think when I say fantasy game changers?
Yeah.
So when you say fantasy game changers, I’m say Fantasy game changers.
Question mark, maybe what’s left of the 49ers wide receiver room?
I mean, not having Brandon Auk is such a bummer rest of the way it sounds like we’re gonna get Debo Samuel back in this game.
If you look at the splits when Brandon Auk is not on the field.
Debo Samuel typically goes crazy uh out there for fantasy football.
But how healthy is he?
That is an outstanding question.
But seriously, I mean, a guy like Debo Samuel should absolutely destroy this hapless cowboys defense.
But what about the rest of the guys in there?
No, Juan Jennings.
Is this the moment for Ricky Piersall?
I was a big fan fitz you know this because we did the draft show together.
I was a big fan of Ricky Pierson and I understood why they made that pick.
But you know, first game for Piersall didn’t necessarily go so well.
Uh But I’m willing to give him grace.
The guy got shot back in August.
So I feel like we’re gonna get a big performance out of Debo if he’s 100% but if he’s not, this has gotta be Pier Sal’s moment to step up.
I’m overall confident in the player, really like him as a college prospect, but just how ready is he to contribute.
So for me, it’s more fantasy game changers question mark as opposed to like a real statement here.
Let me stick you there for a second.
Harvey because I got a follow up Matthew mcneese in the youtube chat comes in.
It says stress level, stress meter level high with an exclamation point.
I feel bad for the guy says, start Debo Dobbs Bigsby last minute Flex spot.
Need one make or break.
What do you think?
I, I mean, brother, I don’t know, uh, like De Samuel, it could, he would be the correct answer here, but I don’t know how healthy this guy is.
So, uh, I, if I listen, Matthew, if you’re already stressed, maybe you don’t wanna be stressing all day to then find out.
Oh, Debo Samuel only played five snaps in this game or something like that.
But then again, man, how stressed are you gonna be if you don’t put Debo in your lineup and you’re watching Sunday night football and he’s dropping like two touchdowns, one through the air, one through the ground.
Uh, on the Dallas Cowboys again, pitiful defense.
So, um, if I was, you felt Matthew to Matthew here, I’m gonna risk it and I’m gonna play Devo Samuel.
That is my advice to you.
But I mean, I mean, I do not know good luck but you just gotta understand like people, this is like going to your doctor and being like, what’s wrong?
He’s like, I’m not sure.
I want AJ D, I want my, I want my doctor to be truthful and honest with me.
I don’t want my doctor to come in and give me some like false hope if something’s really wrong like, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, your, your knee is gonna fall off in a couple of weeks now.
Uh, but let me sugar coat it.
No, I want to know.
I want honesty.
So I’m giving the, the people honesty here Fitz.
Yeah, I’m, I’m just, I’m soft, Tara.
We’ve had too much 49ers talk as usual.
I need you to save us all and remind us that there are two teams playing in this game.
When I say fantasy game changer, you say I do this every single week I don’t.
And it’s not intentional.
Here.
I am carrying, uh, the torch here for Dallas.
Did I expect the 2024 season to be perfect for the Dallas offense?
No, but um I did expect CD Lamb to be consistently better than what it has been early on this season.
The results haven’t just been where we want them to be in general and even in games where he’s gotten target volume, he hasn’t been particularly efficient with it and this lack of efficiency, the limited yardage, the touchdowns issue.
Um, it’s really just been draining on him last season with CD Lamb.
Success for him was built on volume.
He had a whopping 100 and 35 receptions often with targets well, over 10 per game giving him tremendous upside making him one of the most reliable receivers in the NFL last week.
We know exact last year.
We know exactly what happened after the by week.
That was the turning point for Dallas Mike mccarthy got in there, he got into the kitchen, he started cooking and he fixed everything here.
I expect there to be another pivotal shift here for the offense coming off of this bi week and they start consistently turning to him in the red zone and providing those high volume opportunities.
I admit that it feels weird to say that I trust Mike mccarthy, especially as a Packers fan, but he has done a solid job in terms of recognizing their weaknesses and making adjustments.
So this is the reset here.
This is the moment that it happens.
We are getting CD lamb game changer this week.
Finally.
