Insight Vacations says more leisure travellers are seeking premium experiences. That trend spurred the operator to invest in a 100+ strong fleet of exclusively created ‘Business Class’ Style coaches. They will come into service throughout Europe, Britain and the USA in 2025.
“Our luxury coach fleet including Mercedes Benz, Volvo and Scania has been exclusively customized to deliver an unparalleled travel experience for our small group tours, much like a Business Class cabin in the sky,” said Melissa DaSilva, interim CEO of TTC Tour Brands.
“These coaches are custom designed for Insight Vacations (and sister-brand Luxury Gold) and offer more personal space, meaning elevated comfort for 13 fewer passengers than standard coaches.”
Insight says that, according to industry reports, approximately 15-30% of leisure travellers actively look for upgraded air services such as Premium Economy, Business Class, or First-Class travel.

Each ‘Business Class’ style coach seat provides sive 90-110cm/35.5-43 inches of legroom up to 55% more than the 71-80cm/28-31.5 inches found in standard coaches. The seats recline up to 30 degrees and are equipped with footrests, tray tables, drink holders, seat pockets, and charging units.
Guests enjoy a range of onboard comforts, including air-conditioned cabin temperature control, 19-23 inch TV screens, large panoramic windows with double the view of standard coaches, and curtains for added privacy. A surround sound system enhances commentary from the Travel Director, and ample overhead storage, along with an onboard restroom, ensures a comfortable ride.
