Bayern Munich are gearing up to secure Jamal Musiala’s talents for the long term.
Reports from Sky Sport in Germany on Monday claim the 21-year-old is “set to sign” an extension with the club until 2029.
Despite his young age, Musiala remains a staple talent for manager Vincent Kompany to rely on for the next four years.
Musiala has already made 177 appearances for Bayern, registering 52 goals and 35 assists. This season alone, he has nine goals and four assists in 14 games.
The new deal will subsequently be considered a considerable conquest for the club.
And as Thomas Müller enters the latter stages of his career, the Bundesliga giants have locked down his natural replacement.
