Let’s toss it to our keys to winning, presented by Toyota, the official automotive partner of the NFL and your keys to winning this week here in week 16, it’s picking the right players for your flex spot.
So Tara Roberts, who is your keys to winning player for week 16?
I wanted to take us back to a guy that we have talked about multiple times here.
It’s been a long time since we have talked about Jauan Jennings, um, and I get why we haven’t.
Um, Jennings’ production has been, it’s been a bit inconsistent and underwhelming, but absolutely none of that has been his fault.
He’s been in bad circumstances.
Brock Purdy struggled with an injury.
The 49ers were in that terrible weather game where everyone struggled here, but this week is a beautiful good weather matchup.
Against a struggling Miami team.
And when Purdy is healthy and the conditions are good, Jennings has true top 5 upside.
He has taken over clearly as the wide receiver one in this offense for Debo Samuel.
This is the perfect bounce back opportunity for Jawan and Jennings, feel confident in putting him in your fantasy lineup.
I love it.
I got at least one league where I need to play Jauan Jennings, so I’m hoping Tara is right.
I’ve also got my final player here for Keys to winning.
Heading into week 16, Rico Dowdall is a guy that you have to find a way to start this week.
We know the matchups have been as good as possible for Rico Dowdle of late.
There’s no question, but you play who’s on the schedule and he’s crushed the Giants.
He’s crushed the Panthers, he’s crushed the Bengals.
He’s been absolutely crushing.
He has 85% share of the backfield carries the past 4 weeks.
He has been just excellent.
Uh, he’s #2 among running backs the last 4 weeks in rushing yards.
He’s just been crushing it.
This matchup with the Bucks, the Bucks run defense is not quite as generous as the pass defense, but still, you can run on this team.
I mean, I think he’s a top 10 running back again this week.
If you got Rico out on your fantasy roster, unless you’re absolutely loaded at the position, I think you gotta find a way to make sure he is your flex player at the bare minimum.
