So some rookie quarterback discourse, and Atlanta Falcons discourse.

That’s the Falcons beat the Giants 34 to 7.

Drew Locke made it nice.

Uh, uh, he really wanted to welcome Michael Pennick in his first start, had a couple of picks, a little pick 62 pick sixes.

Uh, Michael Penns finished 18 to 27 for 202 yards.

He had a pick, but that was kind of a fluke off of Kyle Pitts kind of botched catch.

Uh, Bijon Robinson had some really nice tough running today, 22 carries, 94 yards.

He had two touchdowns as well.

Thank you for my fantasy teams.

Uh, but yeah, Giants, they’re drafting number one if the season were to were to end today.

The first play of the game, I almost keeled over laughing because the first thing they did with no Kirk Cousins in the game is run a damn bootleg, you know.

Literally the first play.

They have been waiting for this all you hear is like, oh my God, my quarterback, he might be Michael Vick, but he don’t.

have cement his feet glued to the floor in cement, uh, like we’re doing for the past few weeks, and you could just tell, I mean, the Giants suck like that no team should be losing 34-7 to this Falcons squad.

So I mean, I think you do have to weigh that a little bit, but this was some nice throws that Pendixx made like on the first rollout, threw a dime to Ray McLeod, who was draping coverage and hit him right in the chest and he dropped it, and they had another drop on that drive.

But um Just like some of the decisiveness that you saw from him, uh, throwing over the middle, which we didn’t always see him do at Washington.

I thought he had some nice throws to Drake London.

Uh, the Falcons had zero sacks in this game, and I think he played a part in that too, and his ability to, you know, unlike Kirk, like, you just not stand there when things are going wrong.

Like, you don’t have to be the slightest of foot, but if you could just move around a little bit, you can buy yourself some time to, you know, maybe make something happen and avoid some of those negative plays.

So I The, the biggest thing that I thought from him in his first game was, you know, you walk out of the game with zero sacks and the one interception bounce off someone’s hands that, you know, it was, it was kind of an interesting play because Coits probably should have caught it, but even if they caught it, they had no timeouts and they were like 6 seconds left.

So there was also another, the other scenario here was like the clock just runs out and that looks really embarrassing, but instead, you know, you just get to, you get you get to laugh at someone else, which always feels kind of good.

So you know they they escaped out of that situation.

Then you get to the end of the game.

Um, you just keep the ball safe, make some explosive plays.

Don’t look stupid.

That’s fine, because Drew Lock did plenty of that for the for the Giants.

I mean, Drew Lock might as well have been wearing red and black.

Like if you ever see a Madden Glitch where sometimes the other player are wearing like your team’s jerseys, that’s what it felt like watching Drew Lock.

Two pick sixes, fumble, miss like some of the easiest throws you’ll see.

That that was just treacherous football from the Giants.
