I gave this to you.
What’s the state of the state this week?
On Anthony Richardson man Har.
And I think we’re at the ultimate cope stage.
So here we go.
Uh, yeah, two completions at halftime is not ideal brother.
Um He also tapped out at one point first time I’ve ever seen that in an NFL game, but he’s getting a hard time for that and maybe now use that as an excuse to sit him down, but Harmon completion percentage is an archaic stat that no ball knower has ever used until Richardson th this year.
Um, Richardson was pressured on a whopping 64% of his passes against the Texans when his average depth of target was 15.8 yards.
That’s the 99th percentile.
Uh, so yeah, it’s probably gonna have a bad completion percentage when you’re attempting your average depth of 16 yards on the field.
Um I get it though, man, there’s a threshold in Richard and simply isn’t meeting it.
I started bow mix over him in a couple of leagues this last week.
Um However, man, I ask you this sincerely genuinely, if Indy catches one of four touchdowns four and then if A R punches it in from the 1 ft line, um, are we saying the same thing this week?
I, I don’t know if that’s true or not.
Maybe, maybe we are because the accuracy is so bad.
I get that every quarterback deals with drops anyway.
Richardson had the second lowest sack rate in the league with, by facing the, the league’s far by far the league’s toughest pass schedule.
But man, the combination of this just underperform passing, bad luck.
Uh, it’s just become too much.
So I guess it’s just left for me to cope here.
The could have, would have should have or the excuses do not get you fantasy points and it appears he’s been benched but, but before we started recording, when a coach, you know, says we’re re evaluating that usually doesn’t mean good news for the person starting, maybe save me from having to watch him in prime time against, uh Brian Flores defense Sunday night.
But Harmon, I leave you with this.
II, I would prefer to be remembered as the guy lowest in the industry on Pat mc Homes this year rather than the guy highest on Anthony Richardson who went five rounds later.
But yes, I will take the big L on Richardson.
Well, I appreciate you, uh, doing that.
But look, the entire industry was in on Anthony Richardson, except like the words of Scott POWs who I wish was here to take the credit, but he would, he would never take it anyways.
He was pretty much like one of the very few people that said Anthony Richardson is a solution in search of a problem.
