Canada-based Ghanaian arrested for sexually assaulting female job seekers

A 70-year-old Canada-based Ghanaian has been arrested by Toronto police for allegedly assaulting female job seekers.

Jacob Nimoh according to the police, faces three counts of sexual assault, is scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice on October 31, 2024, at 2 p.m.

According to the account of the police, several women have fallen victim to the acts of the suspect and are therefore calling on the victims to officially lodge complaints after his arrest.

The police indicate that two women reported being sexually assaulted while applying for a job.

Toronto police said multiple women went to a business in the Keele Street and Steeles Avenue West area on September 5, 2024, to fill out an application.

The women were all responding to a job posting, but two were asked to return and meet with a man at different times.

When they returned, the man allegedly sexually assaulted them according to a media release.

Police believe there may be more victims and have released a photo of the suspect.
