Canada Tri Series 2024 - Squads, Fixtures and All you need to know

Canada are hosting Nepal and Oman for a T20I Tri Series commencing on the 28th of September with hosts Canada and Nepal squaring off in the Inaugural match of the Tri Series.

ICC Ranking – T20 Teams

The 6th and the Final T20I will be played on the 3rd of October 2024.

All of the matches are scheduled to be played at the Maple Leaf Cricket Ground, Ontario, Canada.

All of the 3 teams have had enough match practice recently after having played the ICC Men’s World Cup League 2 matches in Canada.

Canada are led by the young sensation Nicholas Kirton. They performed very well in the ICC Men’s World Cup League 2 games. Pargat Singh with the bat and Kaleem Sana with the ball were simply exceptional. They should look to continue performing to high standard for Canada. Canada will start as favorites going into the Tri Series.

Oman on the other hand are led by the experienced Aqib Ilyas. He looked in fine touch in the ICC Men’s World Cup League 2 but the other players failed to live up to the expectations. Oman will have to bring their A game on table in order challenge Nepal and Canada in the series.

Nepal are led by Rohit Kumar Paudel. They have a very strong team but they failed to perform to their standards in the ICC Men’s World Cup League 2. Nepal are finding it hard to adapt to the Canadian conditions. They will have to work hard for challenging Oman and the hosts Canada in the Tri Series.
