Celtic will face Ukrainian side Vorskla Poltava for a place in the Champions League group stage.
The Scottish champions, who have never previously reached the group stage, were unseeded in the champions’ path of Monday’s draw.
The Ukrainian champions are playing in the Champions League for a fifth season.
Ties will be played on 18/19 and 25/26 September.
The second-round ties decide the final 12 spots in the group stage and who joins automatic entrants Barcelona, Lyon, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.
