PEORIA (25News Now) – David Perkins was a star golfer at East Peoria High and Illinois State University. Tommy Kuhl was a star golfer at Morton High and the University of Illinois. The two grew up seeing each other on central Illinois golf courses. Now, they see each other on Canadian golf courses as they chase their dream of a pro golf career.
