Connah’s Quay Nomads 1-1 Newtown: Rhys Hughes put Nomads in front just after the half-hour mark, only for Aaron Williams to reply in time added on in the first half to ensure the spoils were shared.

Haverfordwest County 1-1 Barry Town United: Ollie Hulbert struck first for Barry, but the visitors were reduced to 10 men after just 34 minutes when Josh Yorwerth saw red for fouling Ben Fawcett as he broke through on goal. County took advantage and Ben Ahmun equalised on the stroke of half-time.

Penybont 0-1 Briton Ferry: After a goalless opening period, lowly Briton Ferry – starting the day bottom – looked to have wasted a golden chance to upset the league leaders when Tom Walters saw his penalty saved by Adam Przybek. But the striker made amends in the 76th minute with a stunning long-range strike, collecting a knock-down before unleashing a left-foot thunderbolt that flew over Przybek off the underside of the crossbar for Ferry’s first win of the season.

The New Saints 2-3 Bala Town: Saints scored after just five minutes when Sion Bradley collected Leo Smith’s superb lofted long-pass to shoot home from the edge of the area. Bala were back on level terms within seven minutes through an equally impressive Christian Norton, jinking through three defenders before rounding Connor Roberts to score from a tight angle. Three minutes from the end of normal time, Daniel Williams thought he had snatched victory for Saints, only for Alex Downes and then Hussein Mehasseb to score in time added on to ensure a thrilling win for Bala.

Aberystwyth Town 1-2 Cardiff Met: In the evening’s late kick-off, Adam Roscrow gave Met a first-half lead. Aber’s Devon Torry levelled soon after the break only for the visitors to get their noses back in front almost immediately through Joel Edwards – whose goal was enough to put Met level on 20 points with leaders Penybont and trail only on goal difference. Aber are now bottom on goal difference.
