Bala Town A-A Caernarfon Town: Bala and Caernarfon met at Maes Tegid in a fixture that promised to have huge significance in the race to secure a top-six spot, only for the game to be abandoned at half-time due to the weather conditions causing concern for player safety.
Briton Ferry 0-0 Barry Town United: Ferry and Barry fought out a goalless encounter that did neither side any real favours in the table, with sixth-placed Barry unable to put any real distance between themselves and Caernarfon in seventh, while Ferry are still hovering near the foot of the division.
The New Saints 2-1 Connah’s Quay Nomads: The game sparked into life around the half-hour mark when Ryan Brobbel put the hosts ahead, only for Noah Edwards to equalise within four minutes. Jordan Williams had Saints back in front in an action-packed first half that ended with Nomads forward Jack Kenny being shown a straight red card after a clash with Williams. Saints moved to the top of the table for the first time this season, although Penybont could reclaim top spot in the day’s late kick-off.
