OTTAWA, Kan. – Ottawa University women’s lacrosse student-athlete, Felicia Dixon, has been named to the 2023-24 Academic All-American Women’s At-Large Team NAIA Second Team.
Dixon, a graduate student from Houston, Texas, was a First Team All-KCAC selection in 2024. She finished the season with 15 goals and four assists for 19 points. She had 48 shots with 34 of them on goal, tallied 25 ground balls, and caused 17 turnovers. She is the second straight OU women’s lacrosse student-athlete to be named to the team. Cecily Anderson earned Second Team honors in 2022-23.
A total of 24 student-athletes were named to the NAIA team, with the 14 members of the first team owning a 3.89 cumulative GPA. A total of seven individuals, three on the first team, had 4.00 GPAs.
The NAIA Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NAIA national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 NAIA Academic All-America® program.
