England stars Phil Foden, Ollie Watkins and Cole Palmer have withdrawn from the squad ahead of Nations League fixtures against Ireland and Finland.
Palmer and Watkins were assessed at England’s training base at St. George’s Park and were released to their clubs to ‘continue their rehabilitation for ongoing issues.’
Meanwhile Foden did not report to training because of the illness issue that has kept him out of the last two games for club side Manchester City.
The FA have suggested that there will be no further call-ups to the Lee Carsley’s squad at the present time.
