Foxy Bingo Lassos Up a Frenzy at the Moedown | LBBOnline

Must read

Leading online bingo brand, Foxy Bingo today releases the next instalment of their ‘Get Your Fox On’ creative platform, the ‘Foxy Moedown’.

Created by independent brand strategy and creative agency Neverland, the ‘Foxy Moedown’ campaign brings a Foxy twist to country music and sees a traditional social club dancefloor taken over by an elaborate moustache and ponytail inspired lasso dance posse.

The campaign builds on the brand’s ‘Get Your Fox On’ creative platform. Launched by Neverland in late 2022, the work has seen dramatic increases in growth for the brand with visits to Foxy Bingo’s website increasing by +43% YOY (2023 vs 2022).

The ‘Foxy Moedown’ campaign launches with a 50” film directed by Noah Harris of Agile films, which sees a posse dancing to Waylon Jennings’s 1974 country hit ‘I’m a Ramblin’ Man’.

The production of the film took close collaboration between the director, dance choreographer, a Mexican lasso artist and Untold’s VFX team to ensure that each dancer’s ‘hair lassos’ look totally believable. The final film was made possible using a mixture of in-camera puppeteering and post prod animation techniques.

The film launches today on VOD/BVOD, with the wider campaign running across OOH, radio and social and digital channels including the launch of a Snapchat Lens which allows users to unleash their own ‘Foxy lasso moustaches’.

The campaign will be supported across summer by influencer and social campaigns as well as an experiential activation planned for July

Sara Jolly, head of gaming brands, Entain said, “Yeeehaaaa”

Richard McGrann, joint ECD at Neverland said, “As an adult male who can barely grow a moustache, this rootin-tootin campaign was a chance to live vicariously”.
