There’s no sure thing at the number one overall pick, especially this year.
I don’t think Cam Ward just should Sanders, as long as Cam Ward doesn’t bounce at halftime again or anything like that.
Like, I don’t think these guys are franchise, like they could be franchise quarterbacks, but they’re no sure thanks.
We know that.
But I’ll say this, you’re the Giants, you know, you’re you’re trying to draft a quarterback.
You at least want your pick of the litter, right?
You want to at least for 4 months, look at Cam Moore, look at S Sanders, meet with these guys.
No, we control this.
We want to figure out who we want, who fits us better.
They lost that, and you know, if you’re picking 4th.
I think Tennessee takes a quarterback, right?
Like Will Evison coming back as a quarterback.
Cleveland, maybe, I don’t know, but there’s gonna be a lot of teams, including maybe your Raiders calling to number one in the Patriots, calling to #3 in the Bron.
So this could change next week too, these teams could win.
This could get we could be having a different discussion next week, but I think teams, it’s not gonna, it’s not gonna cost you as much to move up to the first pick as it has in recent years, because there isn’t a a Bryce Young.
It was a great prospect at one point.
It isn’t a Bryce Younger, isn’t a Caleb Williams type of player.
I don’t think it’s going to cost you so much that it’s, it just ruins you to trade up and draft the to get the first pick and draft a Cam War draft a shooter Sanders.
So I think now the Giants have to worry, we’re gonna get.
Either of these guys, not just not picking between them, are we gonna get a quarterback at all?
And then you’re kind of back at this purgatory.
So I get the angst of Giants fans here.
Like, yeah, but, but just because you need a quarterback, hey, what, what if, what if the Giants don’t believe in either of these guys?
I keep screaming, but what if they only believe in one Fitz?
What if they, you get the process and you’re like, Shadora is awesome.
Cam Ward we don’t trust.

You’re like, well, remember that day when we scored 45 against the Colts?
We wouldn’t be in this situation.
Like, fair, but like, and I get what you’re saying too that there’s no such thing, but I think if you’re the Giants, like, it would have felt a lot better, at least having the option of, hey, we control this, we, we’ll do what we want.
We’ll we’ll figure that out by the end of April.
They don’t have that anymore and they might not get either of those guys.
Well, and I’ll just remind Giants fans quickly in case you didn’t hear me say this last week.
Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson.
Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Dak Prescott.
I’m, I’m listing off the, the big name quarterbacks that most people believe are are high quality quarterbacks in the league.
Other than Joe Burrow, when I say quarterbacks, you’re afraid of in the NFL right now.
Other than Joe Burrow, how many of them were drafted number one overall?
Like, I, it, it’s, it’s about finding the right guys.
I, I, I get that.
I get that 100%.
So, uh, we’ve had this debate repeatedly.
Giants fans, I would just say that there’s still hope.
