The Giants are signing Adoree’ Jackson after the veteran cornerback — most recently with New York from 2021-23 — took a physical Friday morning with Big Blue, according to reports.
The contract is a one-year deal, according to NFL Network‘s Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
Jackson, who turns 29 on Sept. 18, totaled 63 tackles, an interception (for a touchdown) and a forced fumble while starting all 14 games that he played last season — his third with the Giants.
Jackson originally signed a three-year, $39 million contract with the Giants in March 2021.
Big Blue has been looking for another viable cornerback this offseason to pair opposite Deonte Banks, and Jackson would instantly provide a boost over current options Cor’Dale Flott and Nick McCloud.
