Second-half goals from Paul O’Neill and Conor McKendry helped Larne bounce back from their latest European defeat with a hard-fought Irish Premiership win over Coleraine at Inver Park.
The victory sees the champions move to within a point of the Bannsiders in a heavily congested league table.
O’Neill opened the scoring two minutes after the restart following a low-key first half in which chances were at a premium for both sides.
And while Jamie Glackin levelled for Coleraine, McKendry fired home from range to give Tiernan Lynch’s side a sixth league win of the season.
