Preston defender Jordan Storey has signed a new deal to keep him at the club until the end of the 2027-28 season.

The 27-year-old joined from Exeter City in June 2018 and has made 193 league appearances for the Championship side.

“Jordan’s been brilliant for us since we came in so I’m delighted for us and for him that he’s extended his stay here,” boss Paul Heckingbottom told the club website.

“He’s a defender I really liked before I joined the club and I think the fans will have seen over the years how important he can be in our backline.”
