There are free fitness classes at Canada Place all summer

There’s no denying that we’re a city that loves to work out—and not just because we’re the birthplace of Lululemon.

Vancouverites are seemingly always down for a sweat sesh, whether it be attending class at one of our boutique fitness studios or joining every emerging run club. Adding to that offering this summer is Canada Place, which is hosting free workout sessions as part of its Summer Series—so we can move our bodies while enjoying the waterfront views and long summer days.

Starting this week and running until the end of August, fitness enthusiasts can head to Coal Harbour for free, no-experience-necessary classes every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Mondays, expect dance-based movements in an instructor-led zumba class. The Tuesday offering is MSINGI, an Afro-beats-based rhythmic and dynamic movement class presented in partnership with Fitness World. Lastly, on Wednesdays, the team at Stretch will host a yoga class (be sure to bring your own mat!).

Admission: Free (arrive early to get a spot, as spaces are limited; registration is required for MSINGI)
