As Laura Lindsay, Skyscanner’s travel trends and destinations expert shared, Barcelona is a city with an “electric vibe.”

“For those passionate about food, Barcelona’s dynamic culinary scene offers everything from traditional tapas bars to Michelin-starred restaurants,” Lindsay highlighted. “Barcelona’s blend of modernity and tradition, combined with its pulsating energy, makes it a must-visit for travellers seeking an unforgettable European experience.”

“Barcelona’s Mediterranean climate, with pleasant temperatures in the mid-20s, makes it ideal for exploring the city’s iconic architecture, like Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia and Park Güell, or enjoying a leisurely stroll along the bustling La Rambla. For beach lovers, the golden sands of Barceloneta are perfect for soaking up the sun or indulging in local seafood at a beachfront café.”

Using Skyscanner search data for flights to Barcelona, roundtrip flights from Toronto in October are currently as low as $720.

Travelling from Montreal to Barcelona, roundtrip flights can be found for $987, and from Vancouver to Barcelona flights are as low as $813.

The iconic basilica La Sagrada Familia is worth a visit when in Barcelona.
