Dean Dacko, Uniglobe Travel (Canada) President, referenced in his address the 40+ years of success that Uniglobe has enjoyed in Canada by acknowledging several of the agency partners who have been members for more than three decades.

The list included several agencies spread across the country led by Uniglobe Sunburst Travel in Dawson Creek, B.C. with 44 years, and Uniglobe The Premiere Travel Group in Ottawa and Toronto with 41 years as members of Uniglobe.

“Our unique value proposition continues to attract new agency partners that has resulted in a doubling of the size of our network in just the past 18 months,” said Dacko.

Dacko also provided the audience with industry studies and insights on the evolution of ‘best in class customer service delivery’ through the adoption of AI, the growth of bleisure travel and luxury and unique destination travel as the biggest trends in the future of the Canadian travel marketplace.
