Bayern Munich and England star striker Harry Kane continues to set himself apart after yet another goal haul tonight against Augsburg.
As Vincent Kompany’s men continue to roll and now boast five wins in their last five Bundesliga fixtures, Kane once again stole the show at the Allianz Arena with a hat-trick in a 3-0 win.
But it was not an ordinary night for the former Tottenham goalscoring hero as Kane dispatched two penalties and added a fantastic third strike in the dying seconds of normal time.
With his hat-trick performance, Kane became the fast-ever player to hit 50 Bundesliga goals while needing just 42 appearances to achieve that feat, beating former Premier League rival Erling Haaland’s previous record of that same return in 50 appearances at Borussia Dortmund.
Having already pocketed last season’s Torjägerkanone for topping the Bundesliga goal chart, Kane (14) currently leads Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush (11) as the 2024-25 season heats up.
